Taughboyne ICA
The group were treated to a cookery demonstration by one of their own talanted members in their April meeting of Taughboyne ICA. The talk was entitled, “What’s for tea?” – a problem that bothers most of us from time to time. Recipies were distributed for such things as quick chicken, turkey and tuna dishes and the final triumph, a new way with plums.
The demonstration was followed by a most enjoyable sampling session, members were forced to return for second helpings in order to decide which dish they preferred. The meeting closed with members agreeing to make good use of the learning experience.
