Women’s Health Development Officer HSE West is looking to meet women in Inishowen to discuss how best we can work together to further promote Women’s Health in the North West. The Inishowen Gospel Choir is setting up an under 18 youth choir for ten weeks in the Inishowen Carnival premises from 7-9pm. The fee is 75 euro for the ten weeks or 8.50 euro per week. For further information contact Siobhan on 086 3580502.
 

‘Nurturing the Senses in the Young Child’ is the second in the Creating a Happy Childhood series of talks and workshops organised by Inishowen Kindergarten.
Facilitated by early years specialist and author, Dot Male, the talk will be held on Saturday October 20, 10am-1pm (lunch optional) at Greenbank Hall near Quigley’s Point, Co. Donegal.

From mid October Good Morning Inishowen hopes to extend the present service and start a Good Evening Inishowen service. This should help make the long winter evenings a little shorter and brighter for some of the Older People in the Inishowen area.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays calls will be made to older people living at home, calls will be made from 6pm until 8:30pm.
Recruitment of volunteers for this new evening service is now in process and if you are interested in finding out more or in becoming a volunteer please contact Anne at 074 93 21598.

Culdaff and Donagh Church of Ireland are currently running a good as new shop behind May’s in Carndonagh. Donations of clothes, bric-a-brac etc will be greatly appreciated.

Carrowmenagh FC Lotto numbers drawn on Sunday, October 7 were, 5, 13, 14, and 22. There was no jackpot winner.
